CADIZ, Ky. — Trigg County Coroner John Mark Vinson has identified the two victims in a deadly Sunday crash in Cadiz as Kreg Bernell Redd, 54, of West Frankfort, Illinois; and David J. McCabe, 67, of Carbondale, Illinois.

According to the coroner's office, Deputy Coroner Matthew Phillips responded Sunday to the intersection of U.S. Highway 68 and the Interstate 24 westbound off ramp in Cadiz to investigate two deaths associated with a vehicle collision. Redd and McCabe were pronounced deceased at the scene of the collision.

The Trigg County Coroner's Office is investigating the collision. 

Trigg County EMS, Montgomery Fire Department, Trigg County Rescue, Cadiz Fire Department, Kentucky State Police and Trigg County Sheriff's Office assisted the coroner's office at the scene.
